Executive Account Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Handle entries in accounting software
  • Assist in bank reconciliation, cash book, and petty cash management.
  • Support in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain records of receivables and payables.
  • Assist in statutory compliance documentation (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related matters.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Support audit activities and provide required data to auditors.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by seniors.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Understanding basics of accounts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer application.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the accounts function.
