Requirement of Sales Executive/CRM

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive/CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring the smooth implementation and delivery of orders. This role involves dealing with quotations and discounts, maintaining customer profiles, solving customer queries and problems, increasing order volumes, and coordinating with various departments.

Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Both freshers/Experienced 0-3 years applicable. (onsite, only Ambala local candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Update and manage customer profiles and databases.
  • Order Implementation and Delivery:
    • Oversee the entire order process from initiation to delivery.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Quotations and Discounts:
    • Prepare and manage quotations for customers.
    • Negotiate and apply discounts as necessary.
    • Ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Customer Queries and Problem Solving:
    • Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth:
    • Identify opportunities to increase order volumes and drive sales growth.
    • Work on strategies to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Coordination with Departments:
    • Liaise with different departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,or BSC/ MSC/ BBA/MBA/BCOM.
  • Proven experience in a CRM or sales role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
