Customer Relationship Executive/ Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive/Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement with our brand.

  • Experience 0- 3 years (fresher’s can apply or upto 3 years experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Candidates with high stability will only be considered who want to settle in ambala
  • Job location : Ambala cantt (only candidates from Ambala needs to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Attendant  Exhibitions and promote brand and products
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and retention

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to draft emails
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • MS Office tools
