Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive/Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement with our brand.
- Experience 0- 3 years (fresher’s can apply or upto 3 years experience)
- Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or any related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Attendant Exhibitions and promote brand and products
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Understand client needs and provide solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and retention
