MDI seeks a candidate who can lead a group of engineers in the development of futuristic technologies like robotics and automation also can selectively guide the talents and efforts of our engineering team towards innovation and success
About You
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) is a plus. Capable to lead a team of 5-10 engineers
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in PCB design, microcontroller programming, and embedded C development
- Experience/skilled with Arduino or equivalent, machine to machine communication like bluetooth, Rs- 485) and instrumentation design
- Key focus on robotics in electronics including Sensor Integration, Actuation, Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems, Control Systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, in-depth knowledge of electronic design tools and methodologies
